Miapolis bukan sekadar mahu menjadi bangunan tertinggi dunia.tapi jugak direka sebagai bandar di dalam bandar. Selain hotel hampir 800 bilik,dan bakal menempatkan 1000 unit kondo ,marina kapal layar serta muzium (ni bangunan ke negeri...siot je) Pereka Miapolis juga reka bangunan ini sebagai bangunan hijau. 60% keperluan tenaga harian bakal dibekalkan dengan tenaga angin.
